Do you know that hot air balloons can only fly early morning, just after the sunrise and afternoon with few hours till the sunset? That’s why every day take-off times (therefore and pickup/return) are different. You are welcome to choose sunrise or sunset flight option during the booking!

We recommend to book this activity with Meška balione (balloon.lt). Balloon flight was amazing experience! We chose the flight over Trakai and it was a definitely good choice. Beautiful castle, landscape and lakes! Our pilot Tomas was very friendly and told us interesting information about balloon flying. After landing we got croissants, coffee/tea and a glass of champagne. Pick-up in front of the hotel is included. If we have a chance to repeat this activity, we will definitely do it!

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. We had a pleasure to fly with amazing pilot Saulius. Super friendly and caring. Years of experience was obvious. Explained everything in detail, answered all the questions and shared some stories. The scenery was breathtaking both for those that live in this city and the guests from abroad. Would definitely want to do it again. Take this opportunity asap - one of the few capitals that allows you to fly above.

My girlfriend and I booked the romantic tour over Trakai and it was absolutely phenomenal! Tomas and his team did a really great job, the organization was quick and uncomplicated and the view over the castle and the surrounding landscape was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the flight, had lots of fun and are looking forward to seeing Tomas and his crew again. 100% recommendable! Safe landings 🙂

I decided to try it out of curiosity. Luckily I was in Vilnius for holidays and I gave it a try. the Tomas and the hot air ballon team were quite professional, friendly and helpful. You are celebrated with champagne and a pilot singes certificate at the end of the flight. The airshow before the take off is breath taking. The ride was quite cool, I would say. In my opinion you will see more of Vilnius on the Ballon ride than on foot. The pilot was very friendly, amiable and very hospitable throughout the ride. He made the ride an adventure.

I am normally scared of hights and need reassurance but whilst in the air balloon, we were really floating. Is so quiet and peaceful up there. The team came to pick us up from the hotel and then dropped us back,and also payment was done after the experience. I was so impressed with their timekeeping and attention to detail; it feels like a family business where they genuinely want to you to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself! I felt well looked after safe! Thank you for a great time!
